Meet our founders

Wesley Clanton

Wesley's first businesses were a lawn care company and a snow plow operation, built the same way most small businesses are: by showing up, doing the work well, and earning repeat customers. That grounding carried into a career spanning maritime operations as a licensed deck officer, fleet management at ConocoPhillips, strategy and operations consulting at McKinsey, and procurement and maintenance at United Airlines; always with an operator's eye for what actually keeps a business running.

Sergio Velasquez-Rose

Sergio began his career as a chemical engineer, spending nearly a decade running large-scale energy infrastructure projects across the US, Norway, and Australia; work that required understanding an entire operation, not just its spreadsheet. He later advised C-suite leaders at McKinsey and led marketing, analytics, and customer strategy for a $3B+ retail business backed by a private equity firm, giving him firsthand experience on both sides of the investor-operator relationship.
